Generally, production is 3-7 business days, and shipping is an additional 3-7 days. Occasionally, there are delays.

If your order arrives and it doesn’t live up to the mighty standards of our hoard, we’ll honor the Dragon’s Oath: we’ll replace it or refund it, no fire-breathing necessary.

• A clear production error occurred (even dragons aren’t perfect... rarely)

• Changing your mind after the item is made
• Choosing the wrong size, color, or style
• Minor magical variations due to handcrafted nature
