Made To Order
Every item in our shop is made to order, forged with care and a bit of enchantment. Because of that, we are only able to accept returns if something went awry in the process - like defects, damage, or the wrong treasure entirely.
If your order arrives and it doesn't live up to the mighty standards of our hoard, we'll honor the Dragon's Oath: we'll replace it or refund it, no fire-breathing necessary.
To call upon the Dragon's Oath, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and short description of the issue. We'll respond swiftly - and nobly.
